Ingredients:
6 pork chops
1 can tomato soup
¼ cup water
6 onion slices
6 green pepper rings
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
In skillet brown chops (use shortening if necessary)
Pour off fat
Season with salt and pepper
Stir in soup and water
Top each chop with onion and green pepper
Simmer covered 30 minutes or until done
Stir occasionally
