Crab Casserole

Ingredients:

1 tsp dry mustard
1 c diced celery
1 c diced peppers (optional)
1 c grated American cheese
1 scant tsp salt
2 tsp Worchestershire sauce
Dash Tabasco
1 ½ c mayonnaise
1 lb crab meat
4 well beaten eggs

Directions:

Combine the first 7 ingredients
Then combine this mix with the mayonnaise, crab meat and eggs
Pour into a 2 qt casserole
Bake at 350 degrees for almost 30 minutes

Note: The mixture made of the first 7 ingredients will do for 1 to 2 pounds of crab meat. You might want to add a little more Tabasco for extra crab meat. If using less crab, cut down on the mayonnaise
